What services do you offer?

We offer primary care visits*, as well as women's health services. In addition, the clinic offers online health services that allow you to visit with the physician via webcam, or order your own lab tests.
Although we do not offer specialist services outside of women's health visits, we can often refer our patients to affordable specialist services in the area.
You may visit our  services page for more details on the services we do offer.

*Please note that we do not offer chronic-pain management services at our clinic.

Under what circumstances do you close?

We are usually closed on the days of, and weekends before or after, major holidays including Christmas and Thanksgiving. There are also times when the physician on staff will be called to the hospital. We will announce those days on our website on a monthly basis. In addition, a recording will play on the day we are closed when patients call the clinic.

How much does an appointment cost?

  • The cost is as follows, regardless of health coverage:

    • All our regular provider office visits, including specialist services, are for a flat fee of $35.
    • Our Quick Provider visits are $20 and offer shorter, ~30 min visits.

    • Our online eClinic visits are only $20 and are offered on Thursday evenings.

What do I need to bring to each appointment?

  • Patients with no health insurance should bring:

1) Photo ID
2) $35 office fee*

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. Cancellations, late-shows and no-shows take up slots that would normally be available to those individuals who need access to medical care in a timely manner. We would like to remind you that your courtesy in this manner enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of medical care.

  1. CANCELLATION: CANCELLATIONS AT ANY TIME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL VISIT FEE. VISITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED ONCE MADE UNLESS INITIATED BY OUR OFFICE*.

  2. LATE SHOWS: IF YOU ARRIVE LATER THAN 10 MINS TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT YOU MAY BE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE TO ANOTHER TIME THAT DAY IF AVAILABLE, BUT NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT TO RESERVE A SPOT ON ANOTHER DAY.

Note: You will be refunded for any cancelations or rescheduling of visits initiated by our office.

11

How early should I arrive?

If this is your first visit, or if you have not been seen in our office in over a year, please arrive 10-15 min earlier than your appointment to allow ample time to fill out forms. Otherwise, current/active patients may arrive right before their appointment time.

12

Do you provide new prescription orders or refills?

Yes, we do. For any refills, you will need to have been seen in our office (physically) within the past 12 months. Please contact us at least one week prior to your prescription expiration to ensure continuance of treatment.

You may request a refill if you are a current patient (seen within past twelve months) by calling or filling out our refill request form.
The clinic also has a no-narcotics or chronic-pain medication policy.

13

Do you speak other languages?

Yes, we speak Spanish and Arabic.

Do you provide lab orders?

Yes, we do. There are two ways to get labs orders from us:

1) Our physicians will provide you with a lab script after your office visit, or
2) You can order and print your own lab orders online from our eLabs Website.

In either care, once you have obtained the lab order, you will need to take it with you to your nearest Quest Diagnostics testing center. You may find a listing of all the testing centers by clicking here.
