The Medina Clinic, established in 2009, is a not for profit charitable primary care medical clinic located in Grandview, Missouri.

Our goal is to provide high quality primary care, especially for adult patients with chronic medical conditions. We prioritize delivering expert medical attention in a friendly, affordable and supportive community-based setting.

Office visits are for a flat fee of $35, regardless of health insurance status. The vast majority of our patients do not have health insurance. We care for chronic conditions that include Hypertension and Diabetes, as well as other primary care conditions. We prescribe medications, and help patients get a range of laboratory tests at very affordable prices. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on a team approach that provides friendly care, and that gives patients the attention and time that they need.

Services

We believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, so we offer affordable office visits and lab work for all patients. Our medical team includes physicians, assistant physicians, and nurse practitioners. Our team also includes a bilingual receptionist in English and Spanish.

Office and Telehealth visits are $35 per visit, making healthcare more accessible. Visit us for compassionate, tailored care today.

  • We specialize in caring for chronic medical conditions in adults as well as acute symptoms in adults and children.

  • We care for your women's health needs by providing birth control prescriptions, Pap smears, referrals for screening mammograms, STD screening, and more!

  • With The Medina eClinic service, you can see a provider, from the comfort of your own home or office. eClinic is a service that provides you with anywhere-access to our providers via your cell phone camera and internet access.

  • Professional services offered by The Medina Clinic include training opportunities for medical school graduates, medical students, and PA/NAP students. These services inlcude Personal Statement review and editing, Interview skills training.

Professional Development Services

Professional development services provided by The Medina Clinic for medical school graduates, medical students, and NP/PA students are offered through our Bridge to Residency Program (for assistant physicians only), Externship Program, and Virtual Rotations. Bridge to Residency Program
(Assistant Physician Program)

  • The Medina Clinic accepts licensed Assistant Physicians to volunteer seeing and caring for our patients. This volunteer opportunity provides valuable hands-on clinic experience, as well as ERAS personal statement review and interview prep services. APs see patients under the direct supervision of an on-sight preceptor consistent with a residency model. Successful APs are eligible for a letter of recommendation (LoR).

Community & Family Medicine Externship

  • During this rotation, you will participate in actual clinic sessions at The Medina Clinic and gain experience with documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) to prepare you for success as a medical resident in the outpatient clinical setting. You will have the opportunity to participate in scholarly activity leading to a publication. The Medina Clinic will provide guidance on how to obtain malpractice coverage during your rotation.

    In addition to clinical and professional skills, you will also receive ERAS personal statement reviews, and interview prep coaching. Successful externs are eligible for a letter of recommendation (LoR).

Community & Family Medicine Virtual Rotation

  • Similar to the externship, during this virtual rotation, you will review actual clinic sessions from The Medina Clinic, and review cases to prepare you for success as a medical resident in the outpatient clinical setting. The primary objectives of this rotation are to improve your documentation and patient presentation skills. You will have the opportunity to participate in scholarly activity leading to a publication.

    In addition to clinical and professional skills, you will also receive personal statement review and interview prep coaching. Successful students will be eligible for a letter of recommendation (LoR).
